Pvz3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the pvz3 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using our services.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. Any changes will be communicated via the pvz3 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the pvz3 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use pvz3.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and pvz3 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform after any term updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users under 18 years old are prohibited from registering or using any pvz3 services.

2. Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

Each user is allowed only one active account on pvz3. At registration, you must provide accurate, current, and truthful information including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a legitimate email address.

Providing false or misleading information during registration violates these terms and may result in account termination without notice.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. pvz3 will never request your password via email or other communication channels.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a pvz3 user, you agree to abide by all platform rules and guidelines. Platform use must be for lawful personal purposes only and not for any activities violating Malaysian law.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with pvz3’s platform security systems
Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities
Using another person’s account without their permission
Engaging in any form of fraud, evasion, or manipulation of the betting system
Sharing or reselling account access to third parties

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action if necessary.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on pvz3 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports multiple local payment methods, including DuitNow and GrabPay, for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Deposit

Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details before confirming each deposit transaction. pvz3 is not liable for losses due to user input errors. Successful deposits are usually credited within seconds, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits or to a verified bank account in the user’s name. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits. pvz3 reserves the right to request supporting documents for legal compliance before approving withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated when the offer is activated. pvz3 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Pvz3 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users due to the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, system delays, or technical issues beyond our control. The maximum liability of pvz3 to any user shall not exceed the user’s current account balance at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension and Closure

Pvz3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of fraud, term violations, multiple accounts, or illegal activities. During suspension pending investigation, account balances will be frozen. pvz3’s decisions on account closures are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pvz3 platform—including logos, interfaces, software code, graphics, text, and layout—is the exclusive property of pvz3 and protected by Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from pvz3.

Third-Party Links

The pvz3 platform may include references to third-party services or information for general purposes only. pvz3 is not responsible for the content, reliability, or privacy policies of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Right to Amend Terms

Pvz3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be notified to users via platform notices or registered email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the competent Malaysian courts. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while all other provisions remain fully effective.
